I have recently been on the QuickLoss program and found the meal replacement to be wonderful tasting. I was neither hungry or bored with the amount of choices i had to choose from.
The recipes are both easy to follow and can be used for the whole family..
I started on the program with the attitude lets see, with Kylie’s and Sandra’s advice and encouragement along the way, they have not only helped me to lose a lot of weight, they have changed my life completely.
The whole experience has shown me a healthy life style, that is so easy to maintain that i can now enjoy the things i never could.
Now every day i get up smiling, thankful for the new me.

I have had the good fortune of using Dr Sandra Cabot’s QuickLoss program over several months during 2014. I say good fortune because everything that was happening to me prior to using this program was most unfortunate.
To give you some history, I have struggled with my weight most of my life. Food for me has been my comfort, my entertainment, my confidant. Ever there, food supported me through the lows of my life and celebrated with me during the highs. Like a lot of people, I wanted to lose 10 – 15 kilos that had crept up on me.
I had had a worrying liver reading in a blood test, and I knew my metabolism was slow at the best of times.
Even when I had tried various methods, it did not stay off and my metabolism still did not feel right.
So I wanted to lose the weight with good medical/nutritional advice. The Cabot clinic are the experts in liver treatment so I went there.
I used Quick Loss, and advice from their nutritionist, Kylie McCarthy.
I lead a busy life so using the Quick Loss was convenient, but I did not want to simply do a drinks program that meant the weight would not stay off if I ate normally after. Above all, I wanted my metabolism to be working better. I followed the program with weekly advice as to my food choices on the program. I quickly realised that one of the reasons my metabolism was not working as it should, was because I was not eating enough each day, or drinking enough water.
So the nutritional advice was life changing. I have still got 5 kgs to go to reach what the BMI says is good for me. I am finding it easy to make the right choices, and I think a lot more abut taking the time each day to drink enough water and eat sufficient food, and what type of foods I choose to eat.
I also have a secret : I am addicted to the guilt-free chocolate hazelnut bars ! Each day they are my treat !
I had a blood test recently and my liver is now perfect. Thank you Kylie !

I thoroughly enjoyed using the Quick loss meal replacement, I found the shake delicious and filling and the recipes that we were given delicious and I am very happy with the weight I have lost.. Many thanks to both you and Dr Cabot for this opportunity

I like the ease of the QL program, having the drink for breakfast and lunch made it very simple but also having the option of morning and afternoon tea if you feel you need it then having a main meal in the evening. Most of the time I did not need anything in between as I found the drinks satisfying enough. There were times when I felt a need for something sweet and Dr Cabot’s hazelnut protein bars were my life saver! My weight loss was not quick but it was consistent on my weekly weigh in. I often have episodes of low energy and some food related problems but did not find being on this program a problem, in fact, I felt some improvement as the program progressed. I would not hesitate to do the QL program again particularly doing it in conjunction with the support of Kylie the nutritionist who gave support, motivation and encouragement to keep going and be there to answer questions which may come up as you go the program and adjust to the changes in life time habits which we are trying to change for the better
