QuickLoss will not be responsible for the cost of postage of any returned items. QuickLoss is not responsible for lost, stolen or product(s) damaged during the return process and therefore it is recommended that item(s) are returned via Registered Mail.
QuickLoss reserves the right to issue a refund on returned items only. You are required to return all item(s), to the address provided by customer service, for a refund after contacting QuickLoss customer service to be eligible for a refund.
If eligible for a refund, QuickLoss will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being returned.
