Mashed CauliflowerServes 4

  • 1x large cauliflower
  • 5 garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 x Nutmeg Seed- to grind.

Wash Cauliflower and break up into its florets.

Bring a large steam pot of water to the boil.

Place Cauliflower into Steamer with garlic cloves and steam until just firm.

Try not to over steam, although you cannot really go wrong with Cauliflower mash.  Once it is steamed to your liking, remove cauliflower and garlic from the steamer into a pot.

Add as much butter as you like and grind the nutmeg into the pot to taste- again, as much as you like.

Use a Bamix or small food processor to blend into a voila! Mash Cauli!
