4 tblsp chopped Fresh Coconut flesh
1 tblsp each Pumpkin, Flax and Chia seeds
¼ cup Walnuts
¼ cup Pecan Nuts
1 tspn ground Cinnamon
½ tspn ground Ginger
2 cups boiling Milk (your choice of milk, or use 1/2 Water, 1/2 Milk)
¼ tspn Sea Salt
Use: Nuts, Seeds, Shredded Coconut or other extras such as Organic Berries, for garnish
Method:
Fine-grind the ingredients by using a food processor or blender at high speed, combine the first six (6) ingredients except the Milk &/or Water
Add Milk or Water and mix on lower setting, increasing the speed one setting at a time until reaching the highest speed and the porridge is smooth
Heat if preferred and serve with Organic Berries or any other desired sweetner
