Ingredients:
- 1 Cauliflower
- Coconut oil
- Paprika
- Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Macadamias
Method:
Preheat oven to 200degrees
Break the cauliflower into florets and spread out onto a baking tray
Drizzle coconut oil over the florets and sprinkle 2 teaspoons sweet paprika.
Roast until just tender- approx 10 mins. Oven times vary, so be careful not to over cook
Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat 1/2 cup roughly chopped macadamias in 1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil.
Sprinkle ground cumin seeds over the nuts to taste. Toast until aromatic- this should take no more than a minute.
Place roasted cauliflower in a serving dish and sprinkle over spiced macadamias
